Eddie has 17 years of senior-level experience in research, sales, and marketing. Having worked across varied service-oriented industries in multiple countries with such companies as Mövenpick (Canada), Sony USA, Lettuce Entertain You (USA), Coles Myer (AUS), Market Pulse International (ANZ), Ipsos (Hong Kong) and Nielsen Research (AUS). His experience includes retail – hospitality management, sales & marketing, service performance measurement and social research.
Eddie applies a unique and well needed perspective to managing his Owners Corporation clients, gained from working in various direct customer service industries along with many years of experience in the customer experience research sector. He is very well accomplished in managing teams, client relationships, suppliers while diligently managing client insights/research projects for major local and regional APAC banking brands, insurance firms, automotive dealerships, luxury retail brands, telcos, real estate agents and travel/leisure on projects of diverse scope, scale, and demographical requirements.
As a former Associate Director at Nielsen Research, Eddie was responsible for heading the Customer Experience Research business and aligned teams in Australia, all the while highly driven and focused in helping clients to make informed growth decisions. Eddie’s passion for leading and supporting his teams to go above and beyond in their performance and customer service practices is what his clients have appreciated and gained from the most.
Eddie has been a lot owner, a committee member, is actively involved in strata schemes, and has experience in working in both bespoke and large strata management companies in the Northern Beaches. He is a local, who can relate to your needs, peeve hates and wants from his personal experience as both a lot owner and a resident of the Manly/Dee Why area.
