PROCESS AND OUTCOME
MBCM Strata Specialists Frankston were appointed manager of the owners corporation (OC). A number of challenges were dealt with at this time, such as contracting painters to paint the exterior of the building with a fresh coat and liven up the overall asthetic.
The total cost of this painting project could have potentially cost around $450 - $500K were it not for MBCM Frankston. In the end, the final cost was $300k. Approximate cost saving to Owners Corporation was $150K.
