Emma and Amelia Glazebrook are the proud owner operators of MBCM Shepparton, Seymour & Echuca, as well as managing MBCM Wodonga and ASM Murray Region. At the helm of their dedicated team, they are committed to working with owners to preserve and enhance their investments through the implementation of industry best practice, being accessible to their clients and bringing the expertise that comes with experience to the strata community in North East Victoria.

Starting her property career in the UK before emigrating to New Zealand and then Australia, Emma has managed high rises, shopping centres, large planned estates as well as smaller residential and commercial strata properties. Amelia began her strata career in New Zealand in an admin support role before returning home to Melbourne and taking on a strata manager position within the MBCM group.

When the opportunity came up to take on MBCM Shepparton, Seymour and Echuca, the girls jumped at the opportunity to leave the city and raise their family in regional Victoria. Since then, the team has grown from Emma and Amelia on their own to a total of four managers across two offices.

They are also the named sponsor of the MBCM Northern Country Womens League, the first of it’s kind in Northern Victoria and completing the pathway for female football from Auskick right through to the AFLW right here in the Goulburn Valley.
